What is Personal Data?
« Personal Data » means any information concerning a natural person which allows them to be identified directly or indirectly.

What is Processing?
The term « Processing » means any operation or set of operations on Personal Data, regardless of the process used (collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, linking or interconnection, blocking, erasure or destruction...).
Some definitions
The terms mentioned below have the following meaning in this Privacy Policy:
- « Customer »: designates the contracting party of ASIECO, which guarantees to have the status of consumer as defined by French law and case law. As such, it is expressly provided that the Customer is a natural person acting for purposes which do not fall within the scope of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity.
- « Order »: designates the purchase of Products by a Customer on the Site.
- « Account »: designates the dedicated space for the Customer associated with all data provided by the Customer, hosted on the Site. Access to the Account is made through the Customer's Login Information.

- « Products »: designates all dietary supplements, natural health products, plant extracts (in particular Korean red ginseng), teas and other wellness items marketed by ASIECO on the Site.
- « General Data Protection Regulation » or « GDPR »: designates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
- « Controller »: designates the person who determines the means and purposes of Processing in accordance with article 4 (7) of the GDPR.

- « Processor »: designates the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body that processes Personal Data on behalf of and at the instruction of ASIECO in accordance with article 4 (8) of the GDPR.
- « Processing » or « Process »: designates any one of the operations referred to in article 4 (2) of the GDPR, performed on Personal Data on behalf of and at the instruction of ASIECO in accordance with article 4 (8) of the GDPR.
- « Users »: designates any person who accesses the Site.

The Controller is, within the meaning of the LAW and the GDPR, the person who determines the means and purposes of Processing.
When two or more controllers jointly determine the purposes and means of Processing, they are the Joint Controllers (or co-controllers).
The Processor is a person processing Personal Data on behalf of the Controller; they act under the authority of the Controller and at the Controller's instruction.
